Trade-Linked is a London-based B2B construction management platform offering a highly robust suite of digital tools—including automated job sheets, live project tracking, and offline data sync. While the software itself was incredibly powerful, communicating these complex technical features to busy, on-the-go contractors was a major friction point. The platform lacked a unified brand presence and required a seamless, cross-platform onboarding experience to capture market share.

02 / OBJECTIVE
The core mission was to eliminate all user-onboarding friction and rapidly accelerate platform sign-ups within the UK market. The strategy needed to target two distinct and difficult-to-reach audiences: busy local solo tradespeople who operate primarily on fast-paced job sites via mobile devices, and multi-crew construction companies looking for enterprise-level organization.

I handled the full execution lifecycle, bridging the gap between brand identity, product design, and live performance marketing:
Branding & Visual Identity: Built a premium, trust-driven digital identity system and asset kit tailored specifically to establish immediate authority in the competitive UK construction sector.
Product UI/UX (SaaS): Translated complex backend features into an intuitive, mobile-first dashboard interface in Figma, mapping out frictionless workflows that allowed users to complete key operational tasks in seconds.
Web Design & Development: Engineered and deployed a blazing-fast responsive marketing website optimized around user psychology, conversion rate optimization (CRO) frameworks, and clean frontend stability.
