Operating in a high-ticket, trust-driven B2B sector, the platform required a sophisticated digital presence that instantly communicates institutional authority, financial precision, and elite professional credibility.

The core mission was to redesign the core web experience to radically optimize user acquisition and increase lead generation metrics. The goal was to transform the platform's public-facing architecture into a conversion-focused engine that simplifies the discovery of financial talent, lowers user drop-off, and seamlessly guides high-value corporate decision-makers (CEOs and Founders) into booking strategy consultations.


03 / APPROACH
I took full ownership of the end-to-end web redesign strategy, aligning premium visual engineering with behavioral conversion rate optimization (CRO):
Conversion-Centered Web Redesign: Re-architected the entire user experience from the ground up inside Figma. Streamlined the complex menu structures, mapped out intuitive customer journeys, and strategically positioned trust signals and high-impact call-to-actions (CTAs) to capture high-intent inbound leads.
Premium Visual & Information Hierarchy: Developed a sleek, authoritative visual aesthetic tailored precisely for corporate executives. Simplified complex value propositions surrounding fractional financial services, making dense information highly scannable and digestible for busy decision-makers.
