The core mission was to redesign the core web experience to radically optimize user acquisition and increase lead generation metrics. The goal was to transform the platform's public-facing architecture into a conversion-focused engine that simplifies the discovery of financial talent, lowers user drop-off, and seamlessly guides high-value corporate decision-makers (CEOs and Founders) into booking strategy consultations.

I took full ownership of the end-to-end web redesign strategy, aligning premium visual engineering with behavioral conversion rate optimization (CRO):

  • Conversion-Centered Web Redesign: Re-architected the entire user experience from the ground up inside Figma. Streamlined the complex menu structures, mapped out intuitive customer journeys, and strategically positioned trust signals and high-impact call-to-actions (CTAs) to capture high-intent inbound leads.
