The core mission was to design a highly intuitive, mobile-first product experience that bridges the gap between trip inspiration and instant transaction. The objective was to architect the native application UI/UX, build a conversion-maximizing web presence, and execute dynamic, multimedia marketing campaigns engineered to rapidly accelerate app downloads and active user onboarding

I orchestrated the comprehensive end-to-end launch loop, driving product design, web funnel optimization, and video-first performance marketing:

  • Mobile App UI/UX Engineering: Developed a comprehensive, high-fidelity app interface inside Figma. Focused heavily on creating clean, interactive step-by-step AI itinerary builders, seamless multi-provider checkout screens, split-payment interfaces, and low-friction group communication dashboards.

  • Conversion-Centered Web Design: Engineered an authoritative public-facing landing page structured specifically to highlight the app's unique value propositions. Implemented highly tested information architecture and responsive visual flows to convert web traffic into immediate App Store and Google Play downloads.

  • High-Impact Video Marketing Content: Scripted, directed, and produced sleek promotional video assets and motion-graphic walkthroughs. These videos were tailored to display complex app features—like live AI trip packing and group budget syncing—in seconds.
